Color TFT LCDs

Thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) is a variant of liquid crystal display (LCD) which uses thin-film transistor (TFT) technology to improve image quality (e.g., addressability, contrast). TFT LCD is one type of active matrix LCD, though all LCD-screens are based on TFT active matrix addressing.

 embedded display

FEMA’s Embedded System is a cost effective alternative to the single board computer (SBC) solution assuming you do not need to show movie videos. FEMA has solved the time consuming task of integrating a touch screen display (7 inch and 8 inch) such that all you need to do is write the application to run on the Windows CE 5.0, CE 6.0 or Linux 2.6x operating systems.

OLEDs

An OLED is an organic light emitting diode whose emissive electroluminescent layer is composed of a film of organic compounds. Its components are used in a new type of viewing screen/display. OLEDs can be viewed in bright lighting conditions, at greater angles, unlike LCDs. A significant benefit of OLED displays over traditional liquid crystal displays (LCDs) is that OLEDs do not require a backlight to function.
